Hi aspirant, sorry to say but at this percentile it is very difficult for anyone to get into any graduation college as most of the even low graduation sets the limit of 40% in 10+2 but as you have only 35% in your 10+ it is somehow not possible to get into any college.

I suggest you to appear for Improvement exam if you believe that next time you can score better than this time. Also you may choose option of NIOS which will be helpful for you to save your year.
