Hi,
In order to prepare for NEET according to my experience NCERT has basics, NCERT is best for preparing for biology, but for chemistry and physics you need to prepare from books other than NCERT, for example abc editions for chemistry and physics. Solve as many question paper as possible ,so you will get an idea which chapters have more weightage.
Usually in cet exams, just pay a little more concentration in biology. Study a bit deep.
If you prepare well for neet ,you will not jave any problem in clearing your state cet exams.
