And for being eligible for EWS reservation, you should belong to General Category and your annual family income including all the Family members shall not exceed 8 lakhs per annum. the documents that are required

Passport Size Photograph.
EWS Certificate Application Form.
Ration Card/ Epic Card/ Aadhaar Card.
ID Proof (Voter ID, PAN Card, etc)
Affidavit or Self Declaration.
Domicile Certificate.
Residential Proof.
Land or Property Documents.
income certificate

the process will be same if you use your father's income certificate or your husband's.
