Hello aspirant! Let me to inform you that yes you can do your masters from Cse branch inspite of being a bachelor in Ece. For this you will have to appear in Gate with Cse papers and not Ece. Secondly for this you must have some concrete knowledge in computer science then only it will work out for you. And lastly you will have to clear all your backlogs.
