Dear Syed, don't need to worry you get the best college and yes you take IT both have the same opportunities and even college's placement. same companies came for both student but they have some subject are not common. Don't worry to achieve a similar goal form IT which you may want to think in CSE.

Hey buddy, if you are not getting any good college for cse you should go for IT in any good college. Both branches aren't same but their work opportunities are quite same after graduation( i must say cse have a better edge) . But placement in IT is also good and there are ample MNCs and companies hiring students from IT department

CSE and IT defer very little. Almost both the branches have similar subjects and concepts. Definitely the both branches have the same opportunities. Since the same java is learnt in CSE as well as IT. IT engineers have the equal chances as that of the CSE students. Not only the technical skills try to improve your soft skills to get a better job.

I suggest you to choose IT if you don't get CSE.
