I guess you have asked the same question twice. I would like to tell you don't worry. There is no particular updates whether there will be a third round or not. It totally has to do with the vacancy of seats after the second phase. Well if you hadn't registered beforehand for the EWS category you definitely won't be able to get it out of nowhere. If there is any further round you can try applying for it. But i don't think that option will be available. So stay tuned for any updates.
