Yes,  it will be rank wise .Counselling is a lot like First Come and First Serve basis.Only difference that by First come,we mean ‘lower rank’(numerically).

the JEE-MAIN counselling is going to start within a week as the JEE-ADVANCE already announced

so the counselling will be starting soon

as per the query

the counselling process do not go around rank wise system any one keep the web options on the given dates

their will not be according to rank wise
