All the official notifications regarding the AP ICET Counselling are released on this website https://sche.ap.gov.in/ICET/ICET/ICET_HomePage.aspx
Here you can find the link to pay the processing fee and also the dates related to AP ICET Counselling.
These are the tentative dates-

Certificate/document verification - August 5th to August 9th
Web option entry - August 7th to August 12th
Provisional seat allotment - August 16th tOK August 19th
