If you want to pursue your degree you need to fulfill the eligibility criteria if you want to do it regular.It varies from one college to another as you have gap between your 10+2 and degree.But if you pursue your degree in open University then you're eligible to do it.So I would suggest you to get your open degree.I hope this is helpful.
