You shouldn't worry regarding this. The authorities are currently scrutinizing your application, and they will contact you throuh email regarding the verification process. You will receive the mail after the scrutiny process gets completed which usually takes around 3-4 days. You can then log in and verify your email and mobile number.

Also, since the correction facility will open from tomorrow so you can check once and try to get that verified.
