Shashank, yes you can very easily get a lot of government colleges under UPSEE . This is based on your rank and previous year cutoffs. Following are some of the top government colleges :-

• Institute of Engineering and Technology, Lucknow
• Bundelkhand Institute of Engineering and Technology, Jhansi
• Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology, Sultanpur

But again it depends on the number of students who appeared for the exam and as well as the difficulty of the paper.
