Well firstly from JEE mains score you ca't expect an IIT. Only GFTI's/IIIT/NIT's can admit students on the basis of JEE mains scorecard.

The best possible options are

1. IIIT Lucknow

2. NIT Hamirpur

3. NIT Durgapur

I would suggest you to participate in all the rounds of JoSAA inlcuding the spot round. I've observed that in spot round especially an SC candidate student, huge turn out had happen and chances of repating the same are also quite likely.
