Last year's (2018) ST cut off for Neet was 118-96.
While (2017) ST cut off was 130-107.So you can see that cut off is subject to change each year .
Since you are expecting a score of 309 which is more than previous years cut off , you can expect a seat via All India counseling or the state counseling.
