It is'nt possible to tell you the accurate possibilities of admission.

But, For your rank (43756) in OC Female category , based on 2019 TS EAMCET engineering admission cutoff analysis , there are very least chances to get admission in any engineering colleges in Hyderabad for CSE or IT courses.
