Yes there are so many courses in fashion designing for which a MSc passed student can apply,
You can do diploma in fashion designing after your MSc, you can also do degree course in fashion designing but you will have to do it from bachelor's degree (BSc in fashion designing) and then you can also do masters in fashion designing after completion of your bachelor degree.
