The cutoffs for IIITs varies every year depending on various factors. I can give you a prediction based on the previous years records. To get into IIITs with good branches such as CSE, Mechanical, ECE, AI etc you need to secure a rank upto 20,000-25,000. But if you are okay with the branches like smart manufacuring or biotechnology etc then the rank upto 30,000 will also help you out to get admission in IIITs. As as per marks vs rank analysis you need to score 140-160 marks to get rank upto 25,000.
