B. Sc is HHA is better as it is a 3 year course in hotel management which provides skill, technical knowledge and professionally advanced in order to establish a career, whereas BHMCT is an internationally accepted degree to provide technical knowledge and skills in hotel management. BHMCT is a 4 year degree offered by only private institutes. BHMCT does not include food production department.

However, it entirely depends on your interest and choice to choose a career.
