Hello dear
I will prefer book hard copy
mtg fingertips chemistry is best for neet aspirant.
I thoroughly recommend this book to every NEET aspirants, also helpful for other medical competitive exams.
Mtg is a very nice book but i can say that apart from the NCERT and The study material from your coaching for chemistry mtg can be sufficient but for physics you can go for DC Pandey instead of it as it is a better option .
Mtg is one of the best book prefer by students while preparing for NEET exam. MTG is best for quick revisions and solving questions as it having mcqs, chapter wise papers ,assessments, revisions question and more importantly the fingertips for quick revision extracted from NCERT books.

Hope you will get some help
Best of luck
