The admission is on the basis of percentile in AIIMS. The marks are not disclosed by the authorities. They only disclose percentiles and Last rank. Since you have not mentioned your category , considering you to be of general category , the last year's cutoff for AIIMS Nagpur was around 99.6547096 with closing rank 1324.

And ofcourse , it is worth taking admission because AIIMS is a brand for medical students. And because of its low cost, there are more patients , so more practice and more experience. So , there should be doubt in your mind while taking admission in that college.
