You will get some lower ranked nits based on your jee main percentile mainly those of north east like nit manipur,mizoram,arunachal pradesh etc.
But there also you won't good branches so I will advice you to take state governed colleges or take a drop and give it another chance.

Admission in NIT's is done by JoSSA counselling. And the main consideration in this process is jee advanced rank. So getting an NIT with just mains marks is very hard.

And even your category rank in mains is not so high that you can expect and NIT according to previous trends regarding admissions in NIT's.
