You should talk to your college/University faculties. As you didn't mention your college name I cannot tell about your college. But in majority of colleges, students don't repeat semesters. They repeat the year if they failed in (sem 1+2). And they also get a chance to clear the previous semester maybe during summer term. Time and schedule may vary college to college.
