Your OBC rank is pretty good and you can surely get admission inHBTU KANPUR under this category. But it also depends that in which branch you wanted to seek admission .  Because from branch to branch the closing rank differs from about 15,000. But you can easily get mainstream core branch with this rank. good luck !
