You will need atleast 400-450 marks if you belong to OBC in UP. Because this college is in UP, you can try under State Counselling. But cut offs vary every year and they depend on no.of students who appeared for the exam, no.of students who qualified in the exam, toughness of the exam and the marks the top scorer scored.
