Hey Vijay,

NIRF ranking stands for National Institute Ranking Framework and these rankings are alloted to colleges by MHRD, Government Of India and these rankings are alloted on different measures like Faculty-student ratio, student strength, IPR and Patents etc. so if NIRF has given BHARATH UNIVERSITY a ranking of 21 then it have to be a good college.
