Hello
The eligibility criteria for neet 19 is as follows

Qualifying Marks for NEET 2019:

Candidates must possess the qualification marks for English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology individually.


For the general category candidates, it is 50% marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology in the class 12thexam


For the candidates belonging to SC, ST and OBC categories, the minimum mark is 40% in aggregate in the class 12thexam.


Students with physical disability in lower limbs, 45% marks for the general category and 40% marks for the reserved category in Physics, Chemistry and Biology are required.


Hence there is no such changes made for the qualifying marks for neet 19.
