Hope you are doing great.

I advice to get a PWD certificate in first instance from the Medical Authority or CMO and later on you can apply for the PWD reservation in the NEET exam. PWD has reservation in the NEET upto 5 % and if you obtain the certificate then you can avail the reservation.

With  60 % disability you will be considered as PWD candidate.

There is 15% All India quota sears for medical aspirants . Out of this 15% seats , 3% seats are reserved as horizontal reservation.

If a person has disability of vision then more than 40% vision disability person is not allowed for neet.

Candidates having more than  40% disability ie 50 to 70 percentage locomotor disability in lower limb.

For  PH candidat with 40% in neet  can be considered for pwD reservation.
