generally public service commissions has various vacancy and most of its comes for graduate candidates. after completing bachelors in social work you are eligible to apply for upsc civil service, bank po, ssc cgl, railway recruitment for graduate professionals, rrb recruitment, public service commission exams etc.

so now it would depends on your choice of studies which course you intend to take for three years bachelors degree.
