Eligibility for civil service is based on graduation, it's doesn't matter in which field you do graduation, it must be from a recognized University and there's no specific aggregate required in this case, it's not based on subject combinations on 10th or 12th,you need to be 21 years old and can appear in final year of graduation as well.
