Hi. No, itis not mandatory that you complete your postgraduate (M D or MS) in order to givethe USMLE enanimation. the most essential pre- requisite is that you should be enrolled in a recognized university in a medical UG programme (MBBS) in this case. You must also meet the eligibility criteria of the Education Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG).
