With 120 marks you will qualify with borderline marks and even for a seat in Private Medical Colleges for BDS, you will need 400 and above for OBC reservation. Management Quota seats are also very difficult with this rank. In 2019, the NEET cut off for OBC Category was 107-133. This year the cut offs will increase.
