Hello Pratyush, Yes, you can get RV college easily, 128 in this year's COMEDK is very good. This years paper was tough so you might get rank around 1000. though getting CS and ISE  might be tough, you can easily get other branches like ECE, Mech, Chemical, Civil, etc. But I suggest you apply to CSE too because this year question paper was tough and you might get lower rank up to 600-700 and you might get a seat in CSE branch too.
