MS Ramaiah is a private medical college of Karnataka and with the marks that you have mentioned you have fair chances of getting a seat . Remember that private medical colleges participate in state counseling only and it's only for students belonging to the state itself and  you can apply for that college under management quota only as you don't have a domicile of Karnataka state .
