At this marks its difficult for you to secure any government quota seats in any college of Orissa. But you may get a seat under management quota in few colleges.

Frankly speaking unless you belong to some category, you have too bleak chances to secure a seat in either of State or Government Medical Institutes for MBBS in Gujrat. However you have 3 straight options.

1. Try securing a seat in BDS, If interested in any good State or Government Medical Institute. Do keep a check on the Counselling Procedure and Dates.

2. If you have no monetary issues, you can try for Management Quota Seats in Maharashtra, Karnataka, Gujrat and West Bengal as there are many good Private Medical Institutes in these states.

3. If you are willing to give another chance to yourself, in proving your accumen, my suggestion would be take a drop. You can easily secure atleast 150 more than this year, which takes your score to ~ 620-630 and you can get yourself a secured seat in a Government and State Medical College.
