As you have not mentioned 56 as marks or percentile ,i would consider this as percentile and your category as general. So let me tell you that in this percentile it is not possible for you to get any college through josaa provided you do not belong to sc/st category.
I would suggest to keep private colleges as a back up and would try for those colleges and to get cse branch there.

While having 50-60 percentile in JEE Mainis not good enough to get admission in NITs, or IIITs , it does not mean that the candidates cannot get admission to a good college with this percentile. 50-60 percentile in JEE Main rounds about to 40-50 score. i would recommend you to either go for state counselling for state GFTIs like ECB Bikaner, RTU Kota and so on or for private colleges like AMITY University, Sharda University, Chandigarh University etc . or you can prepare for further attempts of JEE main.
