Hi,

With the percentile of 59.53 in ICAR UG and belonging to the general category , the chances of getting a seat in the government college is almost nil. This is so because the cutoff for the general category students goes a quite high enough. You may rather try for private colleges which might be quite possible. So for the colleges of OUAT and BBSR your chances are very low. Hoping for the best. For more information refer to
