According to your Rank you have mentioned above, you can get RKGIT GHAZIABAAD(CSE & EC),Dr. KN MODI GHAZIABAAD, BBD Lucknow,PSIT Kanpur, etc. For this Rank, you can better opt for these colleges.

Apart for this you can take one year drop and prepare for jee mains and advance. If in case yu will not able to make into IITs you will get NITS .In worst case you will get a State govt college at-least. Its my advice rest depends upon you either to go with options available or go for a drop.
