Dear Kushi, there are 2 things to it. Initially when you filled in the application form,you entered the details wrong and so it came out wrong in the NEET Admit card. Alternatively, you entered it correct but the details came out wrong in the Admit card. In the first case, you cannot do anything because you made a mistake. But if you wrote it right and it was printed wrong, you should write to neetug-nta@nic.in. Actually you should have reached out to the helpdesk the moment you saw the discrepancy. Now allowing you to the exam hall with difference in details in your Admit card and Identity proof that you furnish totally depends on the invigilators.

Though my parents surname is written with correct spelling and when u submit the Id proof no then even u get to write the surname.. so now what should I do with it
