              With you rank and category yes you may get a NIT but branch may not be assured at the moment as it always depends on no. of students applied and seats available. Regarding your query for IIIT, then i must tell you for CSE in IIIT hyderabad u need to achieve a min. of rank of around 2000 however the category might help you.
