You can not study MBBS in the USA as they do not offer an MBBS undergraduate degree to study medicine. You will have to give an exam called MCAT (Medical College Admission Test).

To give MCAT you should be a graduate. Therefore, you can only study medicine in the USA after graduation unlike India .

Alternatively, you can do MBBS in India through NEET and then go for USMLE (United States Medical Licensing Examination) through which you can practice in the United States of America.
