- Date of Birth

- Identification Identity

- Medium of Exam

- Category

- State Code of Eligibility

- Disability Status

- Examination Center

However, some fields are uneditable, such as:

- Name

- Mobile number

- Email address

- Uploaded documents(including thumb impressions)

To correct your application, follow these steps:

1. Visit the NEET website and log in with your registration number and password.

2. Check your application form for any mistakes.

3. Make the necessary corrections.

4. Submit the corrected form.
