In neet form in fingerprint pdf I combined 3 pic in which I place thumb on upper side and other finger on lower place it's ok or not ??

Your fingerprint PDF for the NEET form should strictly follow NTA guidelines . If you combined three pictures with the thumb on top and other fingers below , it may or may not be accepted.
