Hi Bhargav,

According to your score in GATE 2019 in EC in OBC-NCL category its difficult to get seat into NIT. Generally minimun marks required for getting into NIT in OBC category requires above 550 marks. There may be chance to get seat if you attend till last round and if there is seat availibility.
