Dear Shubham

There are various documents which is required in the improvement exams of CBSE Class 12th board.

Xerox Copy of your original marksheet.
Original copy of your admit card.
Fully filled application form which is produced by the CBSE inorder to sit in the improvement exams

Then you have to go and submit it to the regional office of the CBSE they will provide you with the confirmation page with the attestation of the seal.
