• Original medical certificates along with the records
• Certificate of bravery award
• Original form of authorization card issued by the Army Personnel of Armed Forces.
• Service ID card in original form
• Ex-servicemen ID card, pension order and passbook

These documents are all needed during the counselling, so keep them in hand as it will be asked during the verification of documents.
