My form got submitted and now i dont have chance to edit also..i am tensed not able to study also

Sneha, this should not be a cause of your worry. What has happened has hapened and of all reasons, a wrong date is not the reason why your application will be rejected. Do you remember the 5 and 1/2 years of hardwork that you put in to be at this juncture in life? You are one among the very few who made it and dont let this upset you. You are being worried for nothing.
