If you are talking about JNU-Jawaharlal Nehru University. It is taking admission on basis of jee mains score through JOSAA counselling. 

It offers BTECH+ MTECH 5 yr integrated course in CSE AND ECE. 

The rank you need is around 20000 in jee mains.
