Self declaration form for AP EAMCET  should be completely filled and signed before going to the centre. You should complete all the required details in it at home.

You should not fill it infront of invigilator.You should be well prepared with the materials that are required and check it thoroughly before entering the exam centre because it is mandatory that you should carry all the required documents to the Exam centre
