You have to wait till April in order to know your rank and score. After the 2nd JEE Main exam which is going to be held in April, the National Test Agency(NTA) will declare the combined results for both of the exams.

Considering the total number of students to be 10 lakhs and using the below formula.

 Rank= (total number of students -(percentile*0.01*number of students))

Your rank is about 195000. You will not get any nit with this rank but on the bright side , u qualify for jee advance so try your best and try to get IIT.
