You didnt mention which results you want to download, and score card wil be available in pdf form

let me give you the general steps:

Visit the official website 

Log-in using your Registration Number, Date of Birth and Security Text, provided at the time of application.

Click on the link “Download  Score Card”.

Download the scorecard which is available in PDF format.
