Mass comm won't be relevant field incase you want to do MBA in marketing.
You should do your graduation in BBA in case you want it to helpful for you MBA.
Mass comm is entirely a different field.

But it's all about clearing CAT either we do graduation in any subject!

BBA Marketing or International business
Psychology
English Hons
Foreign language

You must diversify your expertise if you want to enter into Marketing or public interaction field.
